The piece could sit on a mantel or it could be hung there's a wire ring at the top. Now as to the reworking. Well, I added the piece of back paper that reads CHRISTMAS TIME, built a small pixie chenille ornament and added a mini Christmas tree, candy cane, greenery and a red mushroom.
