This was done to achieve a juicy refreshing wine that also had texture between an orange and a rose

creating a naturally sparkling

so will be naturally cloudy in appearance

a portion of our 2022 Sauvignon was put into two old 260-litre barrels and left to age and evolve with a bit of air in the headspace of the barrel to see what would happen

It is also the brightest of the stars
